An incredible few days in Agua Buena, Panama. Juntas de arroz, cattle branding and vaccines yesterday at Mitin Dominguez’ vacunadera to brand and vaccinate the younger cows. A grand tradition here with the cowboys rodeoing mostly from the ground and some from horseback. Very good ropers and wranglers. Tough as nail cowboys with no fear. Here below my neighbor Chichin takes down a cow from the tail.
And here Chiqui drags one out of the coral so the guys on the ground can catch him.
All in all a great day again in Agua Buena. Great food and friendship, and of course, seco.
