It’s that time of year again to cut your sugar cane and take it to the mill to be pressed, and we have 2 families that press cane in here in Agua Buena. First run your cane through the horse drawn press. Cool stuff.
Then cook until thickened in this fire burned horno.
Then cool and put into buckets for transport and sale. I enjoy seeing people
living simple, traditional lives here in rural Panama. I love this place!
