Living in the jungle in rural Panama, losing electricity is a weekly way of life. Our house is near the end of a very long service line that meanders its way here along some very crooked mountain top roadways. It is a wonder really, that the power is ever on. It is however, no problem at all, as the wifi booster works on generator, as well as wash and refrigeration. The first 11 months here in Panama, we had no electricity. We never noticed when the power went out, so it’s a matter of perspective. I am happy to have it when I have it, as well as when I don’t. I am thankful for this experience either way, and going retro from time to time helps me appreciate the things we have when life is good. And right now, life is really, really good. I love this place!
